The Academy for Leadership Excellence presents the Large Church Pastors and Staff Retreat in Wrightsville Beach, NC.
Leadership requires a sense of direction and an awareness of what may lie ahead. Effective leaders develop the skill of scanning the horizon in order to anticipate the future challenges and adjust course when necessary. Large church pastors and staff members are invited to come spend a day apart with Tom Berlin and Mark Miller to consider how to lead wisely in four critical “horizons;” the staff horizon, the lay leadership horizon, the awareness horizon, and the vitality horizon.
