Hands of Christ is a mission camp cake with Rockfish icing. The goal of Hands of Christ is not only to experience the love of God in Jesus Christ, but to share it as well. Each day, the HOC mission teams will fan out into the community to help those who are less fortunate. Some of the projects will be as simple as cleaning an elderly couple’s yard, to as complicated as building a wheel chair ramp, or painting a house. Each project will be chosen to go just beyond the skill level of the groups. What better way to learn how to do something new as campers learn what it means to rely on Christ?
Around mid-afternoon, groups will head back to Rockfish to enjoy their choice of activities, sit down to a filling dinner, and enjoy the evening events and worship with the rest of the resident campers.
