The Faith Connections on Mental Illness conference is a one-day event that brings awareness and practical suggestions for ministering to those with mental illness and their families. It will provide participants with a greater understanding of mental illness, its impact on consumers and their family members, as well as teach attendees how to develop spiritual resources within the faith community. Attendees will also learn how to effectively and compassionately engage people living with mental illness and how to become a network of hope to families coping with a mentally-ill member. Resources for enhancing mental health ministry and care will be available. Registration is $25 by March 7 and $35 after March 7. For more information, click here.
