Youth Minister/Director

St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, Yorktown, VA , a growing and very active 1900+ member church, is seeking a fulltime Minister/Director of Youth. This is a salaried position with benefits. Deacon’s Orders in the United Methodist Church are preferred, while passion for youth ministry and knowledge of the United Methodist Church are a must. Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to, the planning and implementation of Bible study and program for middle school and high school groups, servant recruitment for Sunday school and guidance for mission/service opportunities. Creativity is desired. Applicants must have a deep love for God as it’s manifested in love for youth and their families.
