The Church Communications Coordinator is to attend to the day-to-day affairs of the church which require ongoing attention, and to perform general office work that relieves the ministerial staff of administrative and clerical duties. The Church Communications Coordinator is often the first person the public sees or speaks with, making this position key to promoting hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere for the ministries of the church. Thus, a key role of this position is to create an environment that is inviting to all people passing through the facilities or contacting the church for information or assistance. The position is part-time, 10-20 hours per week, with the hours set in conjunction with the Senior Pastor. This position reports directly to the Senior Pastor.
