Saxapahaw United Methodist Church is a thriving rural church with approximately fifteen active youth. We are seeking a part-time youth coordinator who will facilitate and grow this exciting ministry. Saxapahaw is located about 10 miles south of Graham, between Carrboro and Burlington, easily accessible to the Triangle.
We are seeking a person with a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ who is able to connect with our youth, supporting their Christian walk through loving, learning, and serving. S/he will be invited to create a space where youth can grow spiritually, helping youth grow as Christian disciples, and developing supportive and mentoring relationships with the youth.
