New Creation United Methodist Church has an opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant shall possess strong computer literacy and the ability to work in a cooperative environment. The Administrative Assistant shall assist the pastor and church volunteers in completing administrative duties for the church, including but not limited to answering the phone, creating worship service materials, responding to general church correspondence, assisting with weekly food pantry and financial outreach ministries, and preparing the monthly church newsletter. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Pastor. The position is 25 hours per week, ideal for parents with school age children, and starting pay is set at $15/hour.
