Position is responsible for administrative support in the form of secretarial and clerical support related to the primary needs of the Pastor as well as the Church Office management duties. Basic Requirements: Associate Degree or at least 5 years related experience; Outstanding written and verbal communication skills as relates to day to day communicating with staff, church members and visitors; Telephone skills and communication as a church service/customer service rep; Typing (60 – wpm); Computer literate to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Power Point and Publisher) and an understanding of data base management systems; Must have strong organizational skills and able to multi task and the ability to work independently; Ability to keep and respect confidentiality of church business and its me mbers; Flexibility is required to adjust to change in leadership and dynamics with a willingness to learn new programs, accomplish goals and meet deadlines; Positive Attitude, Ethics, and Values; Ability to coach and direct volunteers; Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks; Team oriented; Good communication skills; Creativity; Positive Attitude.
