The Church Administrative Assistant shall be a person of recognized Christian character; exhibit character traits that reflect emotional maturity, sound judgment, and moral temperament consistent with the teachings of the church; and shall demonstrate confidentiality and personal compatibility with the laity and the professional staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of a broad range of administrative practices and principles
Ability to organize and coordinate multiple high visibility projects simultaneously without direct supervision
Ability to become proficient in Microsoft Office, Publisher, and ProPresenter software
Skill in developing and maintaining positive working relationships and communications with the Pastor, church staff, and members of the congregation
High school graduate
Five years experience that demonstrates a broad knowledge of administrative practice and principles
Skill to operate an office computer, network and associated peripheral equipment and software
