First United Methodist Church in Cary, North Carolina, (First Cary) seeks a Facility and Campus Operations Manager to join the team.  The purpose and mission of the Manager is to support the ministry of First Cary with facility use and asset management, along with on-site event presence, maintenance and building support services, outside vendor coordination, matters concerning safety and security, calendar and scheduling support, along with technical systems management.  

The Manager needs to have a commitment to quality, needs to exemplify hospitality, and have a passion for relational ministry while carrying out these responsibilities as the Manager will be a key team player in helping support the stewardship, ministry, and mission of the church. On site presence will be needed 3-4 days a week, in addition to Sundays.  

Other skills and knowledge must include solid organization, planning, technology and computer skills, in addition to a high attention to detail and accuracy.  IT experience is also a plus.
