community? The Robeson County Church and Community Center, an ecumenical small non-profit organization, is seeking an established, experienced individual to serve as the Executive Director. The position is responsible for overseeing the day-to- day operation of the agency including assistance with program development, strategic planning, financial and property management, oversight of multiple staff, and development of a diverse funding base and evaluation of programs. The individual would also be responsible for continued development of outcome based programs to further the mission of the Center. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors.

The Robeson County Church and Community Center seeks to involve people across cultural, racial, class, and denominational barriers in partnership with each other to address social needs and to move in Christ’s name toward solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Christian commitment, leadership in empowering and equipping the lives of others, a desire to serve the community, experience in writing and reporting on grants, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, and strong interpersonal relationship skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s or advanced degree/certification preferred. The salary package range is $48,000 – 56,000 and will be commensurate upon experience.
