Associate Director of Field Education and Career Development

This position will serve as the Associate Director of Field Education & Career Development to support students in their formation for ministry through the cultivation of internships, professional development programming, and career services by helping students connect their vocational call to a career path that utilizes their education at Duke Divinity School. The associate director supports the field education program through the development of internship opportunities, the crafting of service-learning curriculum, and the equipping of supervisors for the role of student mentoring. The associate director also provides career discernment and counseling, programming for vocational discernment, skills and professional development workshops and networking opportunities, connecting students with the Duke Career Center and Duke Alumni Association.
