The Director of Youth Ministry & Adult Education is responsible for the development and implementation of the vision, strategy and tactical elements for youth ministry, adult education, small group formation, and related programming at WUMC. Of primary importance is the Sunday morning/evening and weekday programming for youth and adults. The majority of the focus of the position will be youth oriented and the Director of Youth Ministry & Adult Education must have a passion for youth. The discipleship of youth and adults – that is their personal relationship with Jesus Christ – is of greatest importance. The Director of Youth Ministry & Adult Education is a champion of the church’s vision of “inviting, engaging, and strengthening all on their journey with Christ.”
