Hope UMC in Dallas, Ga., is looking for a full time Director of Student Ministry (6th-12th) who is able to take a thriving Student ministry (100+ students) to the next level of vitality. Hope UMC is a dynamic, fast growing 15 year old church striving to do ministry in a relevant, life changing way. We strive to create environments where students and families want to be. We are looking for a creative individual who can take our vision for student ministry and make it a reality. We need a team player to fit in with our Family Ministry Team; someone who can recruit, train, support & encourage an energetic team of committed volunteers (20+). This person needs to be very creative, enthusiastic, have an energetic stage presence, effective at leading large groups, and possess a contagious faith in Christ. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of Student’s Ministry experience, preferably with large group/small group organizational skills.
