We are excited to offer two new opportunities this Fall for students who have an imagination for entrepreneurial expressions of the local church as part of the Wesleyan movement.
How do we create new places for new people, reclaim ancient practices for contemporary generations, and shape the future of the Wesleyan movement? Duke Divinity School, the Office for Church Renewal and Planting (NCCUMC), and local churches are partnering together to consider these questions, and inviting you to become a part of the answer.
Open to first-year, second-year, and third-year Divinity School students who are exploring creative ways to lead future generations of
church, this Academic Year Internship placement is with Apex UMC Family. The Apex UMC Family is a multi-site movement located about 15 miles from Duke Divinity School with four faith communities reaching diverse populations of people passionate about training future leaders (lay and clergy) for the Wesleyan movement.
