The Raleigh Wesley Foundation is a United Methodist college student ministry serving multiple campuses in Raleigh, NC seeking to build strong relationships and collaboration with local United Methodist Churches. The campus minister/executive director will have three primary areas of responsibility as outlined below. The campus minister will be accountable to the Board of Directors of the Raleigh Wesley Foundation and the Commission on Higher Education and Campus Ministry of the NC Conference UMC. The campus minister must be licensed as a local pastor or ordained in the United Methodist Church with a clear calling and passion for ministry with young adults.
Areas of responsibility (duties for each of these areas outlined below):
Raleigh Wesley Foundation Campus Minister/Executive Director – oversees
the day to day operation of the Raleigh Wesley Foundation and serves
in a role of pastor to college students.
United Methodist Ambassador to the various college/university campuses in
the Raleigh area working with chaplains and other campus ministries.
Collaborator with local United Methodist Churches to partner in providing
college student ministry.
