The Director of Music Ministries is an important part of planning and leading all elements in the music ministries to make worship a meaningful encounter with God for all congregants. Music ministry includes all artistic and liturgical elements for Sunday morning and other occasions of worship. It is expected to cultivate and nurture the spiritual life and ministries of the Church. The Director is required to attend all staff meetings, team meetings and other meetings as required.
