Status: Part-time. Hourly.
Hours: Flexible Monday through Friday (up to ten hours per week for 50 weeks)
Benefits: Two Weeks Paid Annual Leave (Church Office is closed when Conference Office is closed for major holidays)
Salary: Depends on experience.
Position Summary:
manage all accounts payable and pay apportionments and invoices
process payroll through ADP system
communicate with vendors as needed
process reimbursement/disbursement forms; write checks
reconcile accounts for bank accounts, money markets, CDs, Endowment Fund and other investment accounts
provide reports to Finance Committee, Church Council and others as needed
oversee budgets and balance sheets
issue and file end of year 1099 forms and documentation
coordinate efforts with the Church Treasurer
other financial duties as determined by the Pastor, SPRC and Finance Chair
knowledge of QuickBooks is required
