We are seeking a creative, energetic, engaging Pastor for our Student Ministry. The primary focus of this position centers on a desire to disciple students and their families as Christ followers. The Student Minister will lead and direct middle and high school programs and will invest relationally with students, parents and volunteers.
The qualified candidate will possess the following:
• Related undergraduate degree as well as seminary or equivalent training.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience successfully leading Student Ministry in a medium to large size church.
• Knowledge of adolescent development, family systems, and youth culture.
• Familiarity with the Orange strategy of family-based ministry and empowering ministry strategies such as Sustainable Youth Ministry.
