Wilson joined the Disaster Ministries team four years ago. He first began as a volunteer in the Call Center following Hurricane Matthew. His volunteer role quickly transitioned into a full-time position due to his experience and appreciation for data management.

As the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, Wilson “aims to ensure good stewardship and transparency through data and assessments.” Wilson works with our 15 centers to “maintain standardization for accountability.” He works to “find the right methods for our employees” to help others in need.
Wilson enjoys working with Disaster Ministries because he is able to “live out Christian values with those who are trying to do the same.” He has always tried to find ways to help the church and finds joy in fellowship with others. Wilson hopes that his work at Disaster Ministries will form a “sound process and method” for employees to utilize to improve working relationships.
Thank you, Wilson, for all you do for Disaster Ministries!
