He has told you, O mortal, what is good;
and what does the Lord require of you
but to do justice, and to love kindness,
and to walk humbly with your God?

Mothers and Their Children (MATCH)
A ministry of the N.C. Correctional Institution for Women in Raleigh, NC.
Mothers and Their Children, Inc. provides incarcerated mothers and their children with the support and resources necessary to maintain and strengthen their family relationships.
Redirection NC provides housing and support services to formerly justice involved women in North Carolina, facilitating a successful transition to community life. This program is grounded in the belief that with the proper assistance, those returning to the community can overcome the many barriers to successful living that incarceration experience can create. As a community advocate, Redirection NC works to restore the civil rights of people with criminal records to housing, employment, public benefits, and the right to vote.
…To restore lives affected by incarceration. To reach out to people affected by incarceration, who will receive the love and provision that is found in Jesus Christ. To restore individuals and their families to our communities through in prison, transitional, and community programs.
Kairos Outside Helps Women Impacted by Incarceration:
• By providing a safe place to share
• By offering unconditional love and acceptance in a Christian setting
• By women journeying together in small groups through SWAP (Share, Witness, Account & Pray) and Reunion Meetings
• By fostering spiritual growth and community
• By promoting participation in small groups
• By creating an opportunity for a relationship with God
Our mission is to meet the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of the children of inmates, the inmates themselves, ex-inmates and inmates’ families, with the result of healing wounds inflicted by crime, redirecting lives, and restoring these individuals into the community as productive citizens, parents and family members.
Through a network of community partners, we work with men and women in prison, former prisoners, people in transition, and their families as they transition back into family and community life.
We provide small group trainings and individual mentoring in general life skills, leadership, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and areas related to transitioning back into family and community life.
All People Matter to God
Our vision is to transform lives and restore relationships through our Lord Jesus Christ. Our mission is to help men and women obtain a successful reintegration into society by:
1. Sharing our Faith
2. Building Relationships
3. Using Evidence Based Practices.
