The annual Pilgrimage event is less than one month away! Join the NC Conference and the NCC Youth Ministry on November 8-10, 2019 in Fayetteville, NC for the 2019 Pilgrimage Weekend.
The Pilgrimage Ministry serves as a catalyst for thousands of youth (6th – 12th grades) and their mentors to join together for a life-changing weekend event filled with amazing artists, thought provoking speakers, and inspiring youth leadership – all bearing witness to the transforming love of Christ. The event is for students and adult student leaders looking for a weekend worship experience that calls everyone to a new or stronger faith in Jesus, challenging everyone to share God’s love in word and action.
The weekend-long event consists of four sessions: Friday Evening, Saturday Morning, Saturday Evening and Sunday Morning. More than 4,000 United Methodist Youth and their peers in Christ are expected for the 2019 event.

Eat For Relief
For the first time, The Pilgrimage Ministry is sponsoring a community meal for Pilgrimage attendees on Saturday, November 9, 2019. Eat For Relief will further unite our community in North Carolina in its commitment to mission. The Pilgrimage Ministry asks for an $11 donation per participant to support hurricane recovery efforts in the NC Conference. In addition, the NC Conference will match all funds raised.
Eat For Relief is yet another way that the NCC Youth Ministry and the youth of the NC Conference are answering Bishop Hope Morgan Ward’s call to raise $500,000 for hurricane relief in North Carolina.
Youth Leadership
The Pilgrimage Ministry is honored to be led by servants in Christ both youth and adult. In the first year of the annual event, and every year since, NCC Pilgrimage has upheld its commitment to create meaningful and Christ-centered learning, mission and worship experiences for youth of the NC Conference; empower, equip and nurture youth to become leaders in the local, district and conference levels of the church; and practice Wesleyan traditions while embodying the spirit of Christ in uniting diverse members of our community.
