In 2012, the North Carolina Conference created the role of the Assistant to the District Superintendent (ADS). We are grateful to those among us who have served in this way.
As the end of the quadrennium draws near, an evaluation of the needs of the conference and the eight districts has led to the creation of the new position of Administrative Assistant to the District Superintendent (AADS). The AADS will focus on the administration essential to our shared life, as described in the conference plan adopted in 2012. Mission and ministry support in the districts will be offered by the conference staff.
The current position of ADS will cease on January 31, 2020. Applications are invited immediately from interested persons, including those serving as ADS. View the job description on the Employment page to learn more about the job and the application process.
Thank you for your prayers for this and all transitions in our life together.
