The data entry forms for the 2011 Tables I, II, and III are now available on the Online Data Collection System. Please be sure to log-in and enter your 2011 data by the January 31st deadline. If you have any problems with the forms, please visit our FAQ page, email the Help Desk, or call Jennifer Walls at 919-779-6115 ext 229 for assistance. You can also download instructions and blank tables on the Treasurer’s Office Downloads page to use in gathering your information, but all data must still be entered into the online forms. If you have questions pertaining to where to report certain items, please contact George Speake, the Conference Statistician. His contact information is located at the bottom of the blank forms as well as on the instructions page.
For those churches that are already enrolled in making electronic payments for apportionments through the Online Data Collection System, please note the following. For January 2-18, 2012 we will begin processing online payments daily if they are for 2011 apportionments or advance specials. Payments submitted by 4:00 pm each day for 2011 will be processed and posted to your church record that same day. We will resume our normal processing scheduled on January 25, 2011.
If your church is not already enrolled there is no longer sufficient time to complete the enrollment process for 2011 payments. However, we would be happy to help you get this set up for 2012. Click here to download the authorization form to begin this process.
You can now view your church’s apportionment figures for 2011 by logging on to the Online Data Collection System. Go to the Statements Menu and click on the link for the 2011 Apportionment Report. Pastors should have the log-in information for this system – if not a reminder can be sent to their Conference email account upon request.
