What is the deadline for sending payments in order to receive credit for our 2011 apportionments?

  • In order to receive credit for 2011, apportionment and advance specials payments must be received in the Conference Treasurer’s Office by 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2012.
  • Sunday Special Offerings must be received by December 30, 2011 in order to be applied to 2011. Payments for the special offerings received in January will be applied to 2012.
  • In order to be received on time, mail payments to the Charlotte lockbox no later than Tuesday, January 10, 2012.
  • After Tuesday, January 10, 2012, mail payments directly to:

  • Payments may also be hand delivered or sent by overnight mail to the Methodist Building using the same address as above.

**Please note that the normal Charlotte lockbox address should still be used for 2012 payments. The Conference address should only be used during the close-out period when there would not be enough time to process the check in Charlotte before the deadline.**
