We have created new remittance forms for churches to use when mailing apportionment and Advance special payments to the Treasurer’s Office. There are two versions available. One is a print only version that can be printed out and filled in by hand. The other version is a fill-in form that can be filled in on your computer and then printed for mailing with your check. Please download these new forms from our Downloads page and begin using them today. Beginning in 2013 the District Work Fund (DWF) will no longer be a separately apportioned item. The District Offices are now funded through the Conference budget and the DWF is therefore included with the World Service and Connectional Ministries apportionment line. Please do not send separate payments for your church’s District Work Fund. If you need to know your apportionment figures for 2013, please visit our District Remittance page and click on the applicable report for your district.

In order to receive credit for 2012, apportionment and advance specials payments must be received in the Conference Treasurer’s Office by 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2013. Click here for more details and mailing instructions. To check your church’s balance, visit our District Remittances page to view reports, which will be updated daily beginning in January. If you notice a discrepancy from your records, please contact the Treasurer’s Office as soon as possible so that it can be corrected in a timely manner.

The remittance reports on the Treasurer’s Office website have been reformatted for the new district structure. You can now see how much your church has paid for 2012 by clicking on the report listed under your new district’s header. These reports are updated weekly throughout the year. Please visit the District Remittances page today and email the Help Desk if you see any discrepancies on the city listed for your church or on any of the remittance amounts.

For those churches that are already enrolled in making electronic payments for apportionments through the Online Data Collection System, please note the following. For January 2-18, 2012 we will begin processing online payments daily if they are for 2011 apportionments or advance specials. Payments submitted by 4:00 pm each day for 2011 will be processed and posted to your church record that same day. We will resume our normal processing scheduled on January 25, 2011.

If your church is not already enrolled there is no longer sufficient time to complete the enrollment process for 2011 payments.  However, we would be happy to help you get this set up for 2012. Click here to download the authorization form to begin this process.
