If you will be attending Annual Conference at the Raleigh Convention Center, please make sure you drop by the welcome desk, or visit with a Tourism Ambassador, who will be wearing a purple shirt, and grab a SMART card. All attendees have opportunities for discounts and premiums at close to 300 local businesses.

This is a reminder that Resolutions are due April 15, 2011.  This will allow the Resolutions to be reviewed by the Resolutions Committee prior to Annual Conference.  Please send all Resolutions to smedlin@nccumc.org in Microsoft Word format.  According to the Conference Rules, only one per person or agency is allowed.

The Conference Secretary’s Office has extra copies of the 2010 Conference Journal available in CD and printed format.  The CD’s are $10.00 and the printed copies are $30.00.  Please contact smedlin@nccumc.org if you would like a copy or you may send a check made payable to NC Conference to the attention of the Conference Secretary’s Office.

In an effort to conserve funds and be good stewards of our resources, and to utilize the most up-to-date venue available to us, the Annual Conference Planning Committee is asking members to go on-line, to http://nccumc.org/secretary/annual-conference-2011/ There you will find the materials that will be helpful and can print out the material you want and need, as it is posted.

If you have a report to be included in Pre-Conference publications on-line, the deadline for submission is May 2, 2011. All reports will be posted on-line and available for printing at your convenience.  All reports must be submitted in Microsoft Word format and may be sent to smedlin@nccumc.org .
