Reclaiming the Method in Methodism

Posted under: District Transition

As the NC Conference moves in a bold new direction for the sake of its mission, many are discovering that what’s needed is something quite old; to reclaim the method in Methodism. To become again a discipleship-centered church that might live into Jesus’ commission to make disciples.

It is what we have all known. We are being driven back to our original ethos which is exciting to experience. Discipleship is learned in community. Our world and communities are demanding that each of us again be authentic disciples of Jesus Christ. They are seeking Christ and desperately need to see Him in us.

It would be great to see this air at Annual Conference this year!
