Older Adult Ministry

From the 2010 Wisdom & Grace Conference, the following factoids were shared:

According to the US Census Bureau (July 1, 2004), 36.3 million people are 65 and older in the U.S.; 4.9 million people are 85 and older; projected population of people 65 and older in the year 2050 will be 86.7 million.  The projected increase in 65 and over between 2000 and 2050 is 147%.
