North Carolina Academy For Leadership Excellence

We are an ecumenical ministry dedicated to strengthening clergy and lay leaders. Through our dynamic skill-building programs, we offer innovative ways to support and equip spiritual leaders, helping them bring new disciples to Christ into thriving church congregations.

Clergy Leadership

At Lake Junaluska, workshops, seminars, and worship experiences provide memorable opportunities for clergy and laity leadership to explore and strengthen their ministries and leadership capabilities while communing with fellow people of faith.
