You may be experiencing several time out errors and generally poor performance while entering data into our Online Data Collection System (OLDCS). Some of these errors may look like the following:
Active Server Pages error ‘ASP 0113′Script timed out/mMain.asp
Other errors may present as the following:
Provider error ’80004005′Unspecified error/iSummary.asp, line 142
We are aware of these issues and are pursuing several avenues to resolve them. The deadline for reporting Tables I – III data has been extended in response to these issues to February 7, 2010.
