The Hispanic / Latino committee of the North Carolina Annual Conference recently went through an extensive visioning process that sought input and reflection from practitioners in ministry around our conference. Vision Statement

In order to strengthen and grow Hispanic/Latino Ministries and foster hope and greater unity in our church, we will facilitate:

1.       Communicating with and advocating for our constituents, including conference office, pastors, districts, annual conference, Hispanic/Latino partners

2.      Building connections with partners including districts, MARCHA, existing teams, Duke Divinity School

3.      Developing lay and clergy leaders

4.      Providing spiritual support for each other by bringing people together to share stories and pray
