Director of Youth Ministry.

Growing United Methodist Church in Cary needs an experienced full-time Director of Youth Ministries to work together with Pastors, youth, church staff, church council, and volunteers to plan, implement, oversee, and evaluate all Youth Ministries at Genesis UMC (grades 6 through college-aged). The Director shall be directly supervised by the Associate Pastor.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Christian Education or related field; previous experience working with youth; the ability to relate well to pastors, staff, parents, youth, and volunteers. Must be or become familiar with the basic principles and doctrine of the United Methodist Church.
