The North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church seeks a proven leader to promote the development of new faith communities. The major responsibilities of the Director will be to:
- Identify, invite, equip and support new faith community launchers (both clergy and lay)
- Evaluate coaches for new faith community launchers
- Create an attitude and culture for planting and launching throughout the annual conference
- Develop multi-campus sites
- Establish partnerships between strong existing congregations and new launches
