They have asked us to pack light for the move to the new building so we are cleaning out duplicates, older samples of curriculum, books, VHS tapes and other items we would like to pass along. On February 5th and 6th, 2010, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm at the Methodist Building in Raleigh (1307 Glenwood Ave.) we will have items set up in the Assembly room that will be free to those from local churches in our conference who will give them a “good home” and find them work to do!

Christian Education

Who we are Comment Now

This year’s theme: Making Disciples of Jesus Christ,

 Christian Education is Life-long

The purpose of Christian Education:

Growing spiritually is an exciting adventure. As individual and

as communities, we change, we are renewed, and we share in

renewing God’s creation every day. As Christians who claim life

in the power of the Holy Spirit, we live and rejoice in what

God already has done, what God is doing, and what God wants

for us. Spiritual growth is a lifelong process, and spiritual disciplines

are the means by which we continue that process.”
